Fine dust concentrations in the metropolitan area, Yeongseo, Gangwon-do, Chungcheong-do, Gwangju, and Jeonbuk are expected to be 'bad', and other areas are expected to be 'normal'.
Snowflakes will occasionally scatter around inland and mountainous areas in Gangwon Province until the morning. The southern west coast of Gyeonggi Province, eastern Gyeonggi Province, and northern North Chungcheong Province are forecast to receive less than 1cm of snow.
There are icy roads and road thin ice on low-temperature side roads, alleyways, sloping roads, and shady roads. Special attention should be paid to traffic safety and pedestrian safety.

The temperature at 5 a.m. is -1.6 degrees in Seoul, -0.4 degrees in Incheon, -2.7 degrees in Suwon, -4.1 degrees in Chuncheon, 1.2 degrees in Gangneung, -0.2 degrees in Cheongju, -0.6 degrees in Daejeon, 1.6 degrees in Jeonju, 0.2 degrees in Gwangju, 6.4 degrees in Jeju, -4.1 degrees in Busan, -1.4 degrees in Ulsan, and 2.4 degrees in Changwon.

Daytime highs are forecast to be 5 to 11 degrees.
The atmosphere will be very dry around Yeongdong, Gangwon Province and the eastern part of the Gyeongsang region. As the wind blows strongly, small embers can lead to a big fire. When working outdoors, special attention should be paid to preventing various fires such as forest fires.

Sea waves will range from 0.5 to 1.5m in the East Sea and West Sea, and from 0.5 to 1.0m in the South Sea. The wave of the inner distant sea (far sea within 200km of the coastline) is expected to be 1.0 to 4.0m in the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.5m in the West and South Seas.
